Happy Birthday Paul....

Hi Folks.. It's Paul's (B-I-L) Birthday today!
And here is the card I made for him. It is a play on the SteamPunk card I made last week, but this time in Blue! Although the colour has changed from the original, it's still no less effective. Just wish I had the time to experiment and play around with other colour combinations! But alas, time to move on to another technique this week.. Pan Pastels, here I come!
